San Kong
Position: Founder and Executive Director
Kong is the Founder & Executive Director of the Volunteer Together Association for Cambodia. Kong was born in 1991 in Siem Reap. He became a pagoda boy at 13 years old. He attended Wat Enkorsa secondary school. He completed high school in 2012 and then he became a monk. He wished to take a bachelors degree in English Literature at Build Bright University (BBU). Kong became a monk for 7 years and he disrobed in 2020. He works very hard to develop VTAC and continues with daily running of the school. Kong and Lach are responsible for preparing the programs and projects and handle all the projects that arise in the organization. Together they work tirelessly to develop the areas of village and provide a better education to all children and disabled people in the countryside. Now he is driving with his dream into a reality to help vulnerable children and disabled people in the area he grew up in which was the Chikreng district of Siem Reap province.
Noan Lach
Position: Community Development Program
Lach started working with VTAC in 2024 to help build the water wells, toilets, and houses for the community. He is very busy working on the community projects with the head of village and commune. He is currently studying a bachelor degree at South Asia University.
San Brak
Position: Finance and Accountant Brak graduated bachelor degree in Accounting from (BBU). He is very interested to work with VTAC projects and the children in the vulnerable areas, especially in the countryside. He is responsible for organizing the minutes of meetings and conventions and make out reports on activities, prepare letters, and keep archives.
Vann Sovanh
Position: Head of Education Program
Sovanh was born in 1984. He started working with VTAC in 2024 to develop the VTAC project and daily running of the school in the countryside. He is responsible for arranging reports and sending them to all of the offices that are involved with advocacy. He also cooperates with other NGOs and investigates problems that communities have, especially VTAC children and the villagers.
